Bahrain – Workers of a commercial group complained about the nonpayment of their salaries for three months. Workers also complained that the employer is neglecting them workers also lost hope of communicating with the groups administration and Ministry of Labour and Social Development, and gave statements about their situation, but the ministry did not move to oblige the group to pay late salaries or redress workers who suffer bad conditions. The group operates a wide range of brands, such as fashion shops, supermarkets, car sales, leasing, cafes, restaurants, fashion, retail and footwear. Most shops pay their own employees salaries, but some shops in the group suffer economic hardship and the bitterness of salary delays.
