Morocco: Ozone cleaning workers strike again to demand wages

Morocco – Ozone cleaning workers organized massive protests to protest their monthly salary cuts, followed by a partial sit-in that lasted until midnight. The protest march witnessed a strong intervention by police to disperse the sit-in, We will not retreat and we will not give up and our fight will continue despite the repression and ban and siege, said Abdelhafiz Hassani, a trade unionist. A group of trade unionists from the Moroccan Labour Union condemned all forms of restrictions on trade union work, stressing their unconditional solidarity with the fair and legitimate demands of workers and stressing the great work done by the local union in the area, and providing all forms of support for the workers of the cleaning company.
