Yesterday, six workers from the agricultural sector, including 4 women, were injured in a traffic accident, in” Shibika” district of “Kairouan”’s governorate. They were taken to the hospital where they were treated.
The accident was the collision of two light trucks at a crossroads where the workers were on their way back home after completing their work in the fields.
It is noteworthy that in recent years there has been an increase in the percentage of traffic accidents experienced by agricultural workers due to the absence of the necessary measures to provide them with safe and legal transportation.
