The organic manure manufactory located in Qusiya area in “Assiut” is a government factory that represents a national treasure and one of the most important waste recycling establishments.
It was supposed to be a source of wealth for the country, but it was not well exploited. In fact, it has stopped for four years, after the Egyptian revolution, which led to the disruption of machinery and cars, which are estimated in millions due to the halt of maintenance and lubrication.
This has affected the factory’s work and resulted in the decline in the performance of machines and equipment. These problems have been exacerbated by the injustice imposed on the workers by depriving them of legal fees, health care and the right to fixation. In fact, they work daily in rubbish and diseases. As a result, there is a shortage in labour force because of their escape from the factory, which has greatly damaged the quality of organic manure amid the unjustified disregard of the government.
According to observers, the factory requires support of at least 35 workers to run well and pay workers regularly in order to get organized, as well as stabilizing them so that workers can feel security inside the factory. This will help them to be more enthusiastic and hard working.
