Workers of “Omar Effendi” Company, a subsidiary of the Egyptian public business sector, called on the Minister of the new business sector to intervene urgently and save the institution from the problems it suffers and from its instable social situation.
According to a statement issued by the workers of the company, they stressed that they are always worried and restless because of the policy followed by the Chairman of the Board and his continued pressure on the employees with the complete absence of the union committee of the company.Following in their statement: The director of the company issued instructions to increase the discount rates of incentive for sellers, who have a deficit in the previous years. This decision is a blow to all the rules and laws that the company has adopted for years, and without presenting it at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company”.
