ALGERIA—Lawyer Suad Saadoun who has been on hunger strike for long time was transferred to hospital by the civil protection authorities, according to lawyer ben dawoud Abdul Qadir.
A group of lawyers, affiliated to the Bar Association in Oran, have embarked on an open hunger strike at the headquarters of the Algerian League for defending Human Rights since May 13, demanding for sending investigation commission on the abuses of the Oran Bar president.
