Ceramica Verdi workers protest against laying off their colleagues

EGYPT— Ceramica Verdi workers protested on Saturday against laying off 15 of their colleagues, in result of calling for their labour rights.

The company employs more than 950 workers, without commitment to labour laws and regulations that recognize the payment for risks. Ceramica Verdi Company is owned by a Sudanese investor.
