ALGERIA- The Algerian security forces detained the rights activist Qura Hmeid and his brother after intercepting them on road, while abusing them verbally and physically.
It is noteworthy to mention that Algerian security forces are accused of torturing the activist Bududah Mohammad who died in detention last week.
