EGYPT— Arab Company for Spinning and textile (POLVARA) said, in a statement, that “the company has completely suspended its operations, as a result of the workers strike, who are asking for profits and bonuses.
In a statement to the Egyptian stock exchange, the company, which currently going through troubled financial conditions, said, the suspension came after the strike and the detention of the Chairman of the Board and the Managing Director and assault him.
