A Complaint against Takhmart Municipal for restricting trade union movement

ALGERIA— Members of Snapap have filed a complaint against president of Takhmart Municipality for restricting work of trade unions.

The complaint said he is using all tools available and threat number of those who are members of the trade unions.

They noted that the concerned persons, due to these behaviors, violates law number 24 for the year 1990 related to organizing trade unions work.

Thus, Snapap announced that it will file a law suit against the president of Takhamart Municipality until all their rights are ensured.
