LEBANON—The National Federation for Workers in Lebanon has called on all workers to take part in a protest slated to take place on May 1 in front of the Federation’s headquarters.
In its meeting today the Federation’s executive committee issued a statement explaining that the reason for this protest is to object against the authorities practices that abandoned its role in protecting the citizens.
The statement also called on the authorities to be responsible.
In this regard, It called on all workers, trade unions and committees in addition to workers in the public sector to take part in the planned protest.
