PALESTINE— Hundreds of unionists protested today in front of the Ministry of Labor to show their rejection to interference with the trade unions affairs and the ministry’s procedure to freeze their bank accounts.
In the protest organized by the Palestinian General Federation of Trade Unions and Palestinian General Trade Union, protestors called on the government to respect the international agreement signed and endorsed by Palestine.
They also called for respecting the trade unions’ independency and submitted a letter with their demands to the ministry.
