Algeria: “Committee for the Rights of the Unemployed” decided to continue their protests.

Algeria_ the National Committee for the Defense of the Rights of Unemployed Workers decided to launch a series of strong protests, today in Ouargla city, in order to break the communication barrier between the management and the social partner. The members of the committee agreed to refuse to welcome the ministerial delegation whom are expected to visit Ouargla with the claim that they want to hear young people and solve their problems.

The Committee considered the delegations upcoming visit is like throwing ashes on the eyes, it does not help young people as much as it is more of gaining administrative relationships and personal interests between managers and officials. It is certain that the escalating of the protest will continue in the upcoming period without interruption or outage; As they provide clear demands and ask for legitimate rights that are provided by law, most importantly providing work for the unemployed. The Committee also decided to launch a series of protests in response to what is considered an attempt by some politicians to launch a pre- election campaign, at the expense of the unemployed in the south in general and in the capital of oil specifically.
