The General Confederation of Mauritanian Workers (CGTM) is an independent trade union organization established in 1993 in Nouakchott, Mauritania, to defend the rights of Mauritanian workers and improve their working and living conditions. The confederation works to promote social justice and combat unemployment and poverty in the country. It has taken leading positions in the fight against human trafficking.

The General Confederation of Mauritanian Workers is one of the founding members of the Arab Trade Union Confederation.
