In a statement, the Civil Service Group called on all its members to observe a general strike if the demands are not met.
It is worth noting that the group is calling for the implementation of the 6 February 2021 agreement in accordance with the terms of the 14 September 2022 agreement signed by the current government and the trade union centre.
The group also called on the government to immediately cancel the two circulars 20 and 21 which are “in breach of the right to negotiate between the trade union party and the government.”
