The workers of the Nabatieh Water Authority called for the officials and workers of the South Lebanon Water Authority not to be held responsible for the current situation, noting that the disruption of water distribution is the result of the interruption of electricity supply to the power plants due to a fuel shortage.
It is worth noting that the offices of the Sidon Water Authority were attacked by citizens protesting against the water cuts. They had stormed the premises and assaulted the employees.
