A local radio station reported on its website that the workers were fired for demanding their financial dues and a short rest for shower before leaving work to remove substances harmful to health.
Many workers in the same factory were referred to technical unemployment without pay. The protestors threatened to have an open sit-in since October 18 if the administration does not answer their demands.
