A statement issued by the regional labour union noted that the strike will start on October 18 for employees of the South Services Company in the Waha field of the Austrian Petroleum Company OMV. The strike has been decided due to the company’s indifference to its promises to return all employees to their workplaces and its failure to adhere to previous agreements.
The regional labour union called for a working session to apply previous agreements and find radical solutions to financing the company.
