The regional labour union, affiliated to the Tunisian General Labour Union (UGTT), stated in this context that the cessation of the activity of this establishment, which employs 200 people, was due to an administrative error when the Ministry of Equipment refused to automatically renew the licence for the maintenance of the company’s activity. The regional labour union called on the concerned authority to quickly resolve the problem, expressing its intention to escalate.
