The minutes of the agreement provide for a 10% increase in basic salary, 50% increase in housing allowance, 50% increase in transport allowance, 50% increase in holiday bonuses, 50% increase in school assistance, and 30% increase in annual meal allowance (restaurant bonus).
The two sides also agreed to form a committee to discuss the controversial issues related to the legal status of the employees. The crisis has thus ended and both parties have committed to work towards a lasting social peace for a period of 3 years.
