In its report for this season, the inspectorate stated that the ten complaints concerned seasonal workers, especially foreigners, that amount to 107 people: 32 men and 75 women, mostly from Morocco, Senegal, Guinea, and Spain, during the period from January 1 to July 31.
Among the violations, the report revealed, employers did not abide by the 39-hour work week, which is included in the Huelva Farm Agreement, in addition to non-compliance with the timing of continuous work.
Among the complaints, the report also mentioned the non-payment of extra-working hours. Other complaints include cases of imposing penalties on workers and salaries for not reaching the average number of kilograms required.
