It is worth noting that the syndicate postponed the strike on two successive occasions to give an opportunity for negotiations on the implementation of the agreement of September 17, 2020, which includes the regulation of the situation of 74 workers who were assigned for more than four years. The administration began implementing the decision for a short period and then refrained from doing so. The syndicate also calls for the regulation of the situation of the rest of the contracting employees who are not covered by the aforementioned agreement, no later than 01 September 2022.
