The union, which is part of the Democratic Confederation of Labour (CDT), called for the implementation of all the points of the protocol agreement signed in February 2019 and the annex to the protocol signed in October 2019, relating to the regularisation of the status of team leaders and branch leaders who perform certain tasks without financial compensation.
It is worth noting that the administration has pledged to amend the decision creating the performance grant so that employees could benefit from it during this year.
