Workers of the company are subjected to many violations including arbitrary arrests, expulsions, and threats. The conciliation session that was held to ease the tension was a failure. Therefore, the workers resorted to a strike to demand the return of the dismissed and arbitrarily arrested workers, the payment of their financial dues for the periods of their suspension, the payment of the increase in salaries, the disbursement of the difference in the salary increase, and the appointment of a date for contracting workers.
