Morocco: Airport workers threaten to go on a strike

In a statement, the Unified Offices of Workers demanded an “increase in the salaries of marginal groups within the institution, such as firefighters, technicians, administrative and financial frameworks, airport workers and employees, engineers, and other groups” and demanded that the gap in salaries be addressed.

It, also, called on trade unions to settle all the remaining points of the protocol of the agreement signed with the National Union if Airports on February 12, 2019, which included circulating compensation for transportation for all employees of the institution, and approving the professional path of firefighters and technicians, which has remained suspended since the end of 2019.
