The Director General mentioned that the Fund’s objectives also include narrowing the gap between supply and demand through various employment channels by finding the right job for the job seeker and the sustainability of employment for the most vulnerable groups.
He explained that during the past year, more than 2.2 million male and female citizens benefited from the Fund’s services, in addition to employing 280,000 young men and women, 55% of whom were women and 45% men.
