European Union: Legal Migration Program for Young Workers from Morocco, Tunisia, and Egypt

Therefore, the European Commission presented on Wednesday 27 April a directive to facilitate the migration of ‘skilled and talented’ people in several sectors.

The work permits will not oblige the migrant to work only with one employer and will allow them be to legally change their jobs. The European Commission is also seeking to facilitate the ‘long-term residence’ of these workers.
