In a letter to the Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Security, the trade union demanded the reintegration of arbitrarily dismissed workers, including trade unionists. They, also, demanded being included in decision-making, especially regarding promotions.
The trade union, also, demanded the guarantee of extra-working hours compensation and the reform of the institution’s internal system, expressing its rejection of many articles devoted to an administrative “dictatorship,” as in Article 121.
The trade union stressed that the achievement of these demands is the guarantee of stability in the National Employment Agency and its proper functioning.
