On February 8, more than 80 civil servants and executives, who have not received their salaries for nine months, began a strike and threatened to go on hunger strike if they are not quickly paid.
Delayed salaries are common in this company where, for some months, the payment has become more regular, but the problem has not been resolved in its entirety. The workers’ representatives have not been able to find a definitive solution despite the assurances of the administration.
