The expert pointed out that Defence Orders prohibited the termination of workers’ services except in very exceptional cases stipulated by the law. Unemployment rates are expected to decrease next year with the decreasing cases of COVID-19 and the return to a normal life.
The expert, also, indicated that the re-opening of most sectors will increase the ability of institutions to maintain their workers and reduce job losses. It will, also, enable institutions to pay their due to workers, especially salaries without deducting from them for any reason (sustainability program), as well as returning old-age insurance.
