The Union of Employees considered that imposing the vaccine pass is an arbitrary measure that is classified as a flagrant violation of the right to work guaranteed by the constitution and international agreements ratified by the Kingdom of Morocco.
In a statement, the office addressed the arbitrariness in using the work memorandum issued by the Ministry of Digital Transition and Administration Reform, which confirms that its administrative interests will begin after a week to prevent unvaccinated employees from entering the ministry, and consider them at the same time in a state of work interruption and called for its immediate withdrawal for not being based on any legal grounds.
The CDT shares this position with most of the Moroccan trade union confederations and a large number of civil society components that oppose compulsory vaccination.
