Jordan: The Syndicate of Petroleum Workers signs a collective work contract with the Jordan Bromine Company

According to the statement issued by the union, the contract included an amendment to the end-of-service grant, the terms and conditions of its entitlement, and the method of its calculation. 

 

It also included amending the cost of living allowance to become a lump sum of 150 dinars instead of 110 dinars. The company will be committed to paying an incentive grant of 1,500 dinars, to be paid once, according to specific conditions, in order to motivate employees.
