The Kuwait Oil Syndicate criticized the annual evaluation of workers, describing them as unjust.
The syndicate stated that it will participate in this year’s evaluations, especially since the union councils were newly elected, and that they will defend the workers’ rights.
The Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) approved amendments to the annual performance systems and the incentive grants for workers in the oil sector. The amendments will be implemented starting from the fiscal year 2021-2022.
