Gardening workers in Kebili demanded the payment of their salaries and classifying their company. They threatened to start a strike if their demands will not be met.
Workers in the Environment, Plants, and Horticulture Company had a strike on October 21st to demand the payment of their September and October salaries, and the classification of the company with one of the companies contributing to its capital or one of the ministries, to avoid the current financial problems.
The Regional Labour Union of Kebili confirmed, in a press conference, its support for the workers’ demands, including regular monthly payment to benefit from social insurance and to be employed within public institutions.
