The Secretary General of the Palestinian General Federation of Trade Unions (PGFTU) denounced “the harassment of workers in the Jenin border area by the occupation forces who use the search for the six Palestinian prisoners as a pretext to terrorise workers in the area.”
He called on the International Labour Organisation (ILO), the International Trade Union Confederation (ITUC) and human rights organisations to support Palestinian workers and to fight against the unjust racist policy of the Israeli occupation.
