Kuwait: 300 workers protest against not being paid

On August 17, 300 workers in the Abdali farms went on strike to protest against not receiving their salaries and their poor working conditions.

According to press sources, the workers were promised to be paid and to have better standards of living after the intervention of company officials. The workers were asked to suspend the strike.
