On August 19, the sanitation workers of the municipality of Tataouine in southern Tunisia protested against their poor working conditions.
The protesters, also, demanded receiving special grants, given the difficult health situation that the region went through during the summer.
The workers threatened to go on strike if their demands will not be met.
