On June 28, 2021, an agreement was signed in Tunisia in the fields of labour and social protection between Morocco and Tunisia.
The agreement revolves around the exchange of professional competencies, programs, and studies in the areas of labour legislation and regulations, occupational health and safety, fighting child labour and protecting women’s rights at work, trade union representation, social protection for workers, new patterns of work, and support for social dialogue in light of crises and pandemics.
The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by the Tunisian Ministry of Social Affairs and the Moroccan Ministry of Labour and Vocational Integration.
