The Iraqi Ministry of Electricity revealed that governmental institutions did not pay the workers’ salaries estimated at 3 trillion dinars.
These salaries are part of the electrical interconnection project between Iraq and the Arab Gulf countries by constructing two electricity transmission lines with a length of 300 km, divided into two distances, 80 km Iraq, and 220 km in Kuwait.
