On August 10, workers at the container port in Aden protested for better conditions and salaries.
The protestors demanded the payment of the COVID-19 risk grant. They, also, demanded payment in dollar after the drop of the local currency. The administration had already made these promises to its workers. The protesters will escalate if their demands will not be met.
