The Iraqi Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs formed a ministerial group to work on the implementation of reform plans that fall within the government’s reform projects for this year.
A ministry official announced, on June 15, an agreement with the World Bank to support the implementation of two plans—rehabilitation and development and modernizing the social protection system.
The ministry official, also, announced a plan to unify the ministry’s database and a networking program that will contribute to improving the social protection system and excluding transgressors.
