Workers at the transmission stations of the National Libya Channel asked the authorities to intervene in the protection of the land of the station located in the tourist area of Tripoli. Workers claim that the land could be robbed by parties claiming to own it.
The head of the Libyan Media Corporation denied giving up the land of the station. He stated that the dispute over the ownership of the land could only be solved by the law. He added that the Libyan Media Corporation cannot let go of the sectors’ property.
In this regard, he explained that the station, after being abandoned for ten years, will be renovated. He, also, mentioned that the channel and the media sector are both being targeted.
