Workers in the tourist transport and car rental sector have called on the Moroccan government to intervene in order to save the sector.
In this regard, they have published a statement calling for the support of the sector and the compensation of its professionals who have been impacted by COVID-19. They also called for the generalisation of subsidies granted by the National Social Security Fund (CNSS) to workers in the sector.
They also demanded the cancellation of legal proceedings and the seizure of vehicles, recalling that the specificity of each sector must be taken into consideration in these times of crisis.
