Daily-wage workers protested in front of the municipality of Ali al-Gharbi district in Maysan blocking its entrances.
The protesters called on the authorities to implement the ministerial decision No. 315 of 2019 that should cover them since they do neither receive the minimum wage nor social security.
The protesters announced that they will continue their strike until their demands are met.
