Algeria Post has disbursed an incentive bonus to all its employees on the occasion of the month of Ramadan.
The company has also addressed other issues related to individual and collective performance bonuses, working hours, and the classification of certain employees who occupy positions different from those to which they were assigned on recruitment. Algeria Post is waiting for the election of a union of employees in order to apply these new measures.
It should be recalled that these decisions were taken in a preventive context in which the administration sought to avoid protests organised by postal employees who went on strike in different regions of the country.
