The General Organization for Social Insurance allowed employers to increase the wages of Saudi workers who are over the age 50 and receive a monthly wage that does not exceed 4,000 riyals.
The General Organization for Social Insurance added that this amendment enables the employer to raise the wages of the Saudi worker without being restricted to the 10% rate that is usually applied, in order to guarantee the monthly wage specified in the Nitaqat program, which is 4,000 riyals.
The process of adjustment is on the employer’s account in the online social insurance.
