The Syndicate of the National Recruitment Agency in Algeria held a protest stand in front of the Ministry of Labour, Employment, and Social Security on March 30th, 2021 to communicate its demands.
The syndicate affiliated with the General Union of Algerian Workers (UGTA) mentioned in a statement that the protesters’ demands include investigating the 136 billion centimes transferred to workers whose rights were not fully met, investigating promotions, and reviewing the agency’s internal regulations.
The agency’s workers demanded reaching an agreement to raise the value of the inferential point, transportation grant, and the single wage.
