Workers of the French company Teleperformance cancelled their strike that was supposed to take place on March 24-25 after an agreement signed at the headquarters of the Ministry of Social Affairs by the director of the institution and the general secretary of the General Federation for Information Technology and Services of the Tunisian General Labour Union (UGTT). The agreement offers a 7% salary increase and bonuses of Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha.
This agreement also provided an increase in the seniority grant and an increase in the company’s social security fund.
The parties who attended the agreement welcomed these new reforms including the Minister of Social Affairs and the Secretary General of the UGTT.
