Maintenance workers at the Lebanese University Hadat started a protest at the headquarters of the university because of the indifference to their demands.
Their demands include changing their status of daily wage workers and receive the same treatment like the rest of the university employees and of the public sector.
The protesters blocked the university entrances leading to postponing exams to Wednesday, March 31.
The Secretary General of the Labour Union in Lebanon was present during these protests.
