Substitute teachers protest by boycotting teaching since March 25 after the decision of the General Union of Secondary Education of the Tunisian General Labour Union (UGTT).
Substitute teachers started protesting mainly because they have not received their salaries since the start of the school year.
The Coordinator of Substitute Teachers denied the Minister of Education’s statement that teachers have been receiving their salaries.
